John Speth, MOB

President of Inner Circle Partners, LLC, a strategy and organizational development consulting firm specializing in developing and implementing expansion strategies for rapid-growth companies.   He also consults on startup and turnaround situations. Since 1997, ICP has managed strategy, marketing, and organizational development campaigns for 70+ service and manufacturing organizations, ranging in size from startup to $80 million. Mr. Speth is a graduate of BYU, where he received his BA in Business Management and his Masters in Organizational Behavior.
 

Joyce Morningstar, PhD

Senior Wealth Manager at Tribeca Advisors, LLC, providing wealth management services and employee benefit solutions.  She is also an expert witness on retirement plans. Dr. Morningstar gained extensive experience in business analysis working for a large chemical manufacturer, and then later consulting for a variety of large and medium-sized companies.  A lifetime member of a non-profit investor education organization, she’s taught financial wellness through various community outreach programs beginning in the mid 1980’s.

Mark Johnson

30 years of diverse financial and operational experiences from closely held small and medium size entities to large public companies serving as a CFO, CPA, and a Project Consultant. His background includes Senior Manager with a “Big 4” public accounting firm, senior management positions with several Fortune 500 retailers, as the CFO for a family owned $250 million retailer, and chief accounting officer for two startup ventures in Arizona. He has also instructed accounting and auditing courses for post graduate students at schools such as Arizona State University and Western International University.
